LIFE 2 - Working Connected in Business and Society – the study

Information and communication technologies (ICT) shape and transform the world of work. Infrastructure, software and processes are increasingly merging to become integrated services and solutions that simplify work and deliver new business models. This study takes a closer look at the influence that the increasing use of these technologies has on the world of work. The topic is examined at several levels: for the economy as a whole, for individual enterprises and for individual jobs.“LIFE 2 – Working Connected in Business and Society” is the second study in the “LIFE” series of studies which look at new trends in telecommunications.
